Abstract

The absolute aim and objective of this research is to study and to explain the all five types of ‘mafulat’ in Arabic Language. They are ‘maf‘ul bih, ‘maf‘ul mutlaq’, ‘maf‘ul ma‘ah’, ‘maf‘ul fih’ and ‘maf‘ul lah’. The variety of its standard and uses has shown the flexibility and maturity of Arabic Language which is able to accommodate the need of broad meanings. This research elaborates and analyses the types of ‘maf‘ulat’ in details so that it will be easily understood by the readers. This research also analyses the use of ‘maf‘ulat’ in Yasin verse. The study of ‘maf‘ulat’ in this research shows that the use of it in sentences is really important as it will establish the sentences in term of meanings and to liven up the sentences. There are three types of ‘maf‘ulat’ in Yasin verse which are ‘maf‘ul bih’, ‘maf‘ul mutlaq’ and ‘maf‘ul fih’. Yasin verse contains ninety seven ‘maf‘ul bih’. This ‘maf‘ul bih’ is formed by ‘masder’. ‘ism jamid’, ‘jar wa majrur’, damir’, ‘ism mawsul’, countable noun, singular noun, jama‘ taksir’ noun, jama‘ muzakkar salim noun, and in the form of vi sentence which are subject and predicate. Whereas, there are only six ‘maf‘ul mutlaq’ and eleven ‘maf‘ul fih’ in Yasin verse.
