Abstract
Third Person Pronoun and its reference are interrelated. These two items are actually important principles of sentence construction in the Arabic Language. to be a basis of formation of one word with another in order to construct to complete sentence. This research will focus on the measure which is used in order to refer Third Person Pronoun to its reference in the Arabic Language in general and in the al-Qur'an in particular. Besides that, this particular research will analyse some problems related to the references in the Arabic Language. The research will also emphasize the practicality of its usage in the al-Qur'an especially in surah al-An'am (as a main subject of the research). This dissertation is, therefore, an academic explanation of the relationship between al-Qur'an and language especially in term of syntactical discipline.
