On the other hand, in the non-effective school, the research shows that no significant relationship between the transformational leadership of the principal with all the characteristics against the implementation of curriculum innovation. Overall, the research proved that there is a significant relationship between the principal's transformational leadership and the charisma characteristic, intellectual stimulation and the individual consideration with the implementation of curriculum innovation in secondary school. Research suggested that the related authorities such as the district education office, the state education department, the education ministry and the higher education institutions will plan and implement a special programme to train the principal in transformational leadership. The sufficient knowledge and skills regarding the curriculum innovation should be exposed to all principals and teachers in school.
