Abstract
For a developing country like Malaysia, business has been an important aspect to generate the country's economy. As we are moving fast to the electronic and computerized end, electronic commerce has become one of the impacts from the rapidly changing and developing technology. Therefore, in order to keep with the rapidly changing business trends, Human Resources Management System is developed to all employees who prefer auctions online through this system. The Human Resources Management System takes this opportunity to develop a web-based system which provide different approach for data management and provide complete support for all human resources needs with functionality to manage and maintain data in effective way. The Human Resources Management System is a web-based application that will contain a database server. It uses the Internet and its browser to present data and retrieve inputs. The development of this site is to foster closer ties between the administrator and employee and to facilitate networking among them. Thus. this system will provide an easy and convenient method for the employee to look up for information and also to keep them updated on the latest happenings in their company.
