Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between maternal employment and adolescent Adjustment. Adjustment in this research divided into two category, that is Personal Adjustment and Social Adjustment. Personal Adjustment has six sub-scales, namely Self Reliance, Sense Of Personal Worth, Sense Of Personal Freedom, Sense of Belonging, and Withdrawing Tendencies. Social Adjustment refers to Social Standards, Social Skills, Anti­-Social Tendencies, Family Relations, School Relations and Community Relations.
