Abstract
Getting the best talent can be challenging and exhausting – especially if we are unable to attract the right ones! Employers must be able to engage strategy and tactics to attract the top personnel due to the limited pool and competitive market. Other than that, getting the right people also can be very costly. So, an organization's new hire on boarding approach should be strategic and continue to play a vital role in attracting potential talent. The onboarding is a systematic and comprehensive strategy for acclimating a new hire to a company's culture and giving them the tools needed to contribute successfully to the team. It is not just a standard approach but ideally increases the new hires' readiness, happiness, and productivity. This paper will conceptually review the role of effective on boarding when it comes to attracting potential talent.
