Setting The surgery was performed in the University of Malaya Medical Centre, a tertiary referral center in the capital of Malaysia. Participants Surgery was performed jointly by Professor Prepageran from the department of otorhinolaryngology and Professor Vicknes Waran from the division of neurosurgery.
