Abstract

The molecules of the title compound, C16H15N3O2S, are linked by an N-H(indolyl)O center dot center dot center dot(sulfonyl) hydrogen bond into a linear chain that runs along the a axis. A weak N-H(hydrazidyl)center dot center dot center dot O(sulfonyl) hydrogen bond links the chains into a layer.
