Abstract

The two symmetry-independent molecules of the title compound, C13H11ClN2O3S, are linked by N-H center dot center dot center dot Os (s = sulfonyl) and N-H center dot center dot center dot O-h (h = hydroxy) hydrogen bonds to furnish a chain that propagates along the a axis of the monoclinic unit cell.
