Abstract
This dissertation discusses about Orang Asli's thought concerning religion with specifically focusing on Orang Asli Temuan at Broga, where they can be divided into three groups which are Muslims, Christian and Animist. The rationale of this research is to provided Muslim dai' an information about Orang Asli Temuan religion and beliefs and also their customs and taboo which can be used by dai' to approach Orang Asli in their Islamic missionary efforts. This dissertation contains four chapters and is preceded by an Introduction and ended by a Conclusion. The Introductory part is a general discussion of the dissertation. The First Chapter discusses about Orang Asli of Peninsular Malaysia as an Introduction. The Second Chapter discusses about Orang Ash's thought concerning their religion and beliefs. The third Chapter elaborates in detail about Orang Asli Temuan thought regarding their religion and beliefs at Braga. While. the Fourth Chapter analyze the acceptance of religion among Orang Asli Broga. A Conclusion at the end of the dissertation contains summaries of resolution and some proposals on the points which have been discussed earlier.
