Abstract
This is the summary of the thesis submitted to the depa11tnent of al-Quran and alHadith in Academy Islam in University of Malaya for the Master Degree of Usuluddin. The researcher divided his research into 4 chapters stating in the first one the research problem, objectives, methodology, structure and previous studies, the researcher talked in the second chapter about Abd al-Razzaq and his book AlMussanaf, then the researcher defined in the third chapter al-Bay', al-Riha and their rules in Islam. Whereas the researcher examined in the fourth chapter the authenticity of al-Buyu' al-Ribawiyyah in the Book of Mussanaf Abd al-Razzaq, which reached 134 narrations. Finally, the researcher ended the research with statistics according to the authenticity of the nan-ations. The statistics are as follows: the first authentic degree (Sahih) are 82 with percentage of 61%, the second authentic degree (Hassan) are 10 with percentage of 7.5%, the weak (Dhaif) are 37 with percentage of 27.5%, the very weak (Dhaif Jiddan) are 2 with percentage of 1.5%, whereas the researcher delayed 3 narrations with percentage of 2.5% because he couldn't reach judgement on it. The statistic included the narrations from Assahabah (the companions of the Prophet) which reached 40 with percentage of 30%, whereas the narrations of Attabi 'in (the followers onwards) are 94 with percentage of 70%. Then the researcher set the necessary indexes for the thesis.
